libapp-rad-perl software package provides Perl module for rapid and easy creation of command line applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapp-rad-perl
libapp-rad-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapp-rad-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapp-rad-perl *
You will get with libapp-rad-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
